At AURA, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Exchange Policy

* Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
* Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
* All original tags and packaging must be included.
* Customers are responsible for exchange shipping fees unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refund Policy

* Refund requests are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
* Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
* Once approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Non-Eligible Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that:

  • Have been worn or washed.
    * Are damaged after delivery.
    * Are missing original tags or packaging.
